RS400s are superb two-man hiking asymmetric dinghies. They're powerful enough to raise the adrenalin, yet stable enough to be easy to sail.
'400s can accommodate a range of crew weights and abilities. Coupled with the centreboard, they are well suited to Poole Harbour.
The unique setting of Poole Harbour allows the setting of both ‘round the cans’ and windward/leeward courses that make for challenging racing whatever the conditions.
The versatility of the ´400 means there´s a wide spectrum of sailors both in terms of age, experience and weight.
Anyone can enjoy close racing at both ends of the fleet (with some people managing to visit both ends over the course of a race!).
Race with us on Saturdays and Wednesday evenings from April to September, and/or Sundays from October to December.
