If you are a member looking to hold a function at the Club, you will need to complete a Function Booking Form. It is advisable firstly to contact the Events team [email protected] or call PYC Events on 01202 743610 Extension 4 to check if the date is free and to request a booking form. Alternatively, booking forms can be downloaded at the link on the right of this page or you can collect one from Reception. Once the form has been received by the Club, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking in the Club diary. Requirements such as catering and facilities can then be discussed and agreed with Events. Parkstone Yacht Club can accommodate all manner of bookings; however non sailing social events will only be booked outside the sailing season October 1st to April 1st.

Event Booking Policy
The upper floor overlooking the water. There is a projector, food servery and bar. Perfect for birthday parties and private functions.
There are three meeting rooms of differing sizes all available with a Television, table and chairs.
Outside on the upper deck has a spectacular view of the harbour. It is suitable for drink receptions.
