Poole Sailability is a “not for profit” volunteer run charity that through sailing enriches the lives of disabled people.  Participants take an active part in sailing and informal training is offered for those who are inexperienced. The only charge is a small annual membership fee, Sessions are also offered to disability groups and special schools.

Friends of Dolphin. Dolphin III is a 12 person catamaran designed specifically with access for 6 wheelchair users and those with less mobility. The Charity won the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2018, and is supported by 40 volunteers. The boat operates trips round  Poole Harbour every day, except Sunday, from May to September.
