Matt has assembled a wonderful selection of pairings, carefully chosen to demonstrate how the right combination can bring out the very best in both.

As you sample each pairing, Matt will explain why the wines and cheeses complement one another, sharing plenty of interesting facts, tasting tips and recommendations along the way.
