Shore Based Crew Training 1st Feb 2025 - Teamwork and RaceCraft  Awareness
Geof will be running a shore based crew training afternoon on 1st Feb in the Training Room - start 13.30 and aiming to end about 15.30 with a 10 minute break near the middle
 
This is aimed at improving crews’ knowledge of what is happening all around. Helms are welcome to attend but please get your crew there if you think they could benefit from this.  Covering (all in 2 hours so not overly detailed)

• Sail shape 
• Handling Gusts/Lulls
• Windshifts
• Tides
