Join Jessica from South Coast Ballroom & Latin for a fun and friendly series of monthly dance evenings on the Upper Deck.
Running from October to March, each session introduces a different dance style, giving members the opportunity to try something new and build their confidence on the dance floor.
- 20th October 2026 - Salsa
- 17th November 2026 - Argentine Tango
- 15th December 2026 - Jive / Rock ’n’ Roll
- 19th January 2027 - Latin Fusion (Cha Cha & Rumba)
- 16th February 2027 - Salsa again!
- 16th March 2027 - Line Dancing
Whether you're a complete beginner, an experienced dancer, a natural on the dance floor or someone with two left feet, you'll be warmly welcomed. As Jessica says, "The problem only starts if you have three left feet!"
You can book individual classes for £5 per session, or save money by booking all six classes for just £25.
Come on your own, bring a partner or join friends - no partner is required. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to dance in; whether you prefer jeans and a T-shirt or a full ballroom or tango outfit is entirely up to you.
Doors open at 7.00pm, with teaching from 7.15pm until 8.00pm, followed by an opportunity to practise your new moves and enjoy a relaxed social dance session until 8.30pm - then head to the bar!
As a special highlight, our February Salsa session comes just a few days before a Latin American-themed evening at the club (available to book separately), giving everyone the chance to put their new skills into practice.
